Maximum rated lifting capacity
As a 220-ton class truck crane, its maximum rated lifting capacity is 220 tons (for short main boom and long boom, the specific capacity needs to be matched with the working radius in short-distance operation conditions), meeting the heavy-load demands of large equipment hoisting, infrastructure projects, etc.
2. Main arm length and structure
It adopts a seven-section oval main arm, with the length coverage range of the main arm being 14.5 meters to 88 meters. The elliptical boom design combines high strength and lightweight, with excellent torsional resistance, and can adapt to hoisting scenarios at different heights (such as installation of middle-level building structures and positioning of high tower equipment).
3. Maximum lifting height
When the main boom operates independently, the maximum lifting height is 88 meters (in the fully extended condition of the main boom).
When working in conjunction with the auxiliary boom, a 33.5-meter auxiliary boom can be optionally equipped. At this time, the maximum lifting height can reach 115.3 meters, meeting the hoisting requirements of super high-rise and high tower equipment (such as the installation of wind turbine tower accessories and the hoisting of high-altitude structures in large venues).
4. Gross weight (total mass) in driving condition
The self-weight of the entire machine in operation (including the foundation counterweight and essential accessories) is approximately 54,900 kg (54.9 tons). When transferring with a 12-ton counterweight and outrigger pads, the total mass will increase accordingly, but it can still meet the fast transfer speed of 50km/h, taking into account both heavy load and transfer efficiency.
5. Transportation dimensions (External dimensions)
As a five-axle vehicle chassis design, its external dimensions (length × width × height) in the transportation state are 15660mm×3000mm×3940mm.
The length is reasonably controlled, which is convenient for road transportation. The width of 3 meters complies with the conventional road traffic standards. With a height of less than 4 meters, it can avoid the restrictions of most height-restricted sections.
6. Chassis drive and steering configuration
Drive system: The 3, 4, and 5 axles are through-type rear-wheel drive, equipped with heavy-duty drive axles and parallel dual tires. The drive shafts adopt a toothed coupling structure, ensuring more uniform torque transmission and strong off-road capability on complex terrains (such as muddy roads and slopes at construction sites).
Steering system: The 1, 2, and 5 axles are equipped with hydraulic power-assisted mechanical steering, paired with high-flow steering gears and power steering cylinders. The minimum turning radius is less than 12 meters, making it convenient to enter and exit narrow Spaces (such as factories and dense building complexes).
7. Specifications and functions of counterweights
It is standardly equipped with a 72-ton variable position counterweight, which can be laterally displaced by 0.5 meters, equivalent to the ballast effect of a 78-ton counterweight, effectively enhancing operational stability. It also supports phased addition or reduction of counterweights (such as carrying a 12-ton counterweight during relocation and adding it as needed during operation), flexibly adapting to different working conditions.
8. Power and emission configuration
On-board power: Equipped with a non-road engine that meets the National IV emission standards, no need to add urea, reducing later maintenance costs and the risk of operation interruption.
Chassis power: Equipped with a high-power diesel engine and an efficient transmission system, the transfer speed can reach 50km/h, and the transfer efficiency between long-distance construction sites is high. Some configurations support "hybrid power" or "energy-saving mode" to reduce fuel consumption during operation.
