Operational Observation: During operation of the telehandler (after 5-6 hours of operation), the following observations were made: Drive unit overheating – operating temperature exceeds nominal values. Coolant discharge through the overflow of the expansion tank. Coolant leaks within the cooling system. Possible instability of engine operating parameters (power drops, vibrations). 2. Inferred Technical Cause: Based on diagnostic symptoms, structural damage to engine components is suspected, including: Head gaskets – leaks allowing exhaust gases to enter the cooling system. Engine head – cracks or material deformations resulting in coolant migration into the combustion chambers. Engine block – structural defects leading to disruptions in the flow of working fluids and reduced cooling efficiency. 3. Failure may indicate: Overpressure in the cooling system caused by the presence of exhaust gases. Cooling circuit blockage due to a faulty thermostat or air in the system. Cooling pump failure, leading to local overheating of the unit. Damaged front part from stones, Scratches on the body, Broken plastic parts, Used tires, Initial corrosion of the bodywork
