Vibroll manufacture a range of three single drum pedestrian rollers from their facility in Cottesmore, Rutland. With a pedigree traced back to Stothert & Pitt the Vibroll has a built-in engineering pedigree that no other pedestrian roller can match. Powered by the popular and reliable Yanmar LV series diesel engine in the VMS71, the choice of most OEM’s for single cylinder air-cooled diesel engines. The Vibroll rollers have a proven, easy to maintain, cost-effective to repair or replace powerpack. The VMS71 have hydraulic drive which allows for easily controlled forward/reverse motion coupled with instant vibration that you cannot achieve with a dry clutch as used by other manufacturers and have one of the lowest hand/arm vibration levels for pedestrian rollers currently available. The plastic water tank doesn’t corrode and rust like other manufacturers fabricated metal tanks, blocking the spray bar and contaminating the newly laid tarmac. The Vibroll VMS71 has the addition of a hydraulic powerpack producing 30 lpm to run a hydraulic breaker or other ancillaries and the VMS71 is exceptionally well-balanced rollers making them the discerning choice amongst operators in tarmac laying.
