REPLACED HOOD SHOCK. REPLACED SERPENTINE BELT. REPLACED GRADE CONTROL HARNESS ON STICK AND STRAIGHTENED WORK LIGHT BRACKET. REPAIRED STICK NOSE - FABRICATED A PLATE TO COVER THE DENT, CLEANED PAINT OFF MATING SURFACES, CREATED A TEMPLATE, CUT OUT THE METAL PLATE, WELDED ON THE COVER PLATE AND TOUCHED UP THE PAINT. REPLACED 20LB FIRE EXTINGUISHER. SMALL METAL PARTICLES WERE FOUND IN CASE DRAIN FILTER, WAITING FOR SOS SAMPLE TO COME BACK - FILTER HAS ALREADY BEEN REPLACED - FURTHER INVESTIGATION OR KIDNEY LUBE MIGHT BE REQUIRED.
