have become a very interesting proposition for many of our customers. Some call them mowers for "special tasks", because they can easily mow tall grass or heavily overgrown areas. As the name suggests, flail mowers
are mowers in which the mowing function is performed by flails placed on the cutting shaft. The cutting shaft rotates at the appropriate speed around its axis, shearing what is above the set height.

- commonly known as a "mulcher" is a massive flail mower
that will work well for mowing wasteland, vines, thick grasses, meadows and pastures. It is dedicated to mowing weedy, neglected areas, corn harvest residues. It is not afraid of sticks, bushes or thickets. It is definitely a product that will also fulfill its task in municipal companies when taking care of green areas and roadsides. It is characterized by a massive construction, a solid drive, high-power gears, and exceptional blade durability.
The advantage is an additional cover to protect against dangerous elements falling out from under the mower, e.g. stones. This mower has the option of side shift, thanks to which we can further specify the positioning of the machine behind the tractor.
On which areas will this mower be used in 100%? brake, barren, roadsides, orchards and plant nurseries, green areas, weedy areas, fields, pastures, removal of crop residues. If you own a flail mower, it is very important to regularly check the sharpness of the cutting mechanism. This ensures that mowing will be efficient and effective. The flail mower not only mows, but also mulches the mowed material. What is it all about? This is a technique of mowing grass/other organic materials and mulching the cut material so that it is a natural fertilizer that fertilizes the soil. The advantage of mulching is also preventing soil erosion, slowing down the growth of weeds and, importantly, depriving us of unwanted mowed grass, which is often an additional problem. We can mulch grass, crop residues, thanks to which we reduce the amount of post-harvest residues, providing the soil with natural fertilizer and protecting it from pests inhabiting, for example, in the stems of the ground parts of plants.

In addition to the working shaft equipped with flails shredding the material, the mower is also equipped with a rear (following) shaft. It allows you to adjust the mowing height and keep the mower at the selected height. In addition, the machine has chains placed on the opposite side of the safety flap, which makes it prepared even for the toughest conditions.
The drive from the tractor's PTO shaft is 540 rpm.
